These terms cover your use of this website and any order placed on it. Evergreen Handbags is an
online retailer selling handbags and carrier bags in India, in rupees.

Who you are dealing with

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we send the dispatch confirmation — until
then we may decline it, for example when a bag turns out to be damaged in our own stock, when a price is displayed
in obvious error, or when a delivery address is outside our courier’s network. Where we decline, we refund
in full.

Description of goods

Photographs are of the goods we actually stock. Fabric, dye lots and hand-finished details vary slightly
between batches, and colour on your screen depends on your display. A variation of that kind is not a defect.
Where a listing states a pack count, that is the count the maker prints on the carton.

Price and GST

Not registered for GST — a small online retailer whose turnover stays under the applicable
registration threshold in India. GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice with a registration number
is issued. The listed price is the amount payable.

Delivery is added at checkout only when an order falls below ₹699.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights Indian consumer law gives you. Where a term here conflicts with those
rights, those rights prevail.

No additional warranty is given through this store. Where a product page states a manufacturer warranty, that
warranty applies on its own terms. What we answer for is the order itself — a replacement, or a refund of
what you paid.

• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its checkout or other customers’ orders.
• Messages you send must be your own and must not be unlawful or abusive.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
