data is ever entered on this site.

Who else sees it

The courier carrying your parcel receives the delivery details it needs. Our hosting and email providers
process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting and for handling a return or a dispute.
Messages that do not become orders are cleared when they are no longer useful.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
  • Block cookies in your browser — parts of the checkout will stop working if you do.

Grievance contact for privacy complaints. Write to studio@evergreenhandbags.shop with
“Grievance” in the subject line and describe the issue. We acknowledge within
48 hours and aim to resolve within thirty days. We have not appointed a separate named
officer for this.
