Questions people ask before ordering
Delivery, payment, returns and sizing, answered without the sales talk.
Ordering and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. We pack within
1-2 business days, then transit is 2-4 business days to a metro address and
4-8 business days to the rest of India. Door to door that is 3-6 business days and
5-10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery where our courier offers it.
Cards, net banking and wallets are not accepted, so no card details are entered on this site at any point.
Is GST charged on my order?
No. Registration under GST becomes compulsory only past a turnover limit set in India, and this shop
has not reached it, so we are not registered. Nothing labelled GST is added on top of a listed price, and no GST
tax invoice with a registration number can be raised — what the product page shows is what you pay.
Can I collect an order in person?
No — we sell online only. The address on this
site is where the business is registered and where orders are packed; it is not a counter you can walk into.
Sizing and materials
Will a 13-inch laptop fit?
Only in the larger totes, and the listing says which.
Send us the model and we will check the base and the opening against it before you order rather than after.
What does “vegan leather” mean here?
A coated fabric, not animal hide. It
wipes clean and it creases at the fold lines with use, and it does not develop a patina. We call it vegan leather
or PU on the listing and never simply “leather”.
Are the straps adjustable?
Some are and some are not, and the listing states which.
A braided rope strap sold on its own is a fixed length — measure the drop you want first, because it cannot
be shortened neatly.
Can non-woven bags be washed?
No. Wipe them clean. Non-woven fabric loses its shape
in a machine, which is why the packs are sold as wipe-clean rather than washable.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Yes, within
10 days of delivery, provided the bag is unused and still in its original packing. Full
conditions are on the return and refund policy page.
What if it arrives damaged or a pack is short?
Photograph the bag and the outer
carton and tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the
return shipping. That is a remedy for damage on arrival, not a warranty — we do not offer one.
