Cancelling an order

Before it is handed to the courier, cancelling is free and takes one email. After that it becomes
a return.

How to cancel

Email studio@evergreenhandbags.shop with the order number in the subject line. If the parcel has not yet gone to the courier we
stop it and refund in full. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it — refuse the delivery, or
accept it and raise a return, which gives you 10 days from delivery.

When the money comes back

For a prepaid UPI order the refund is started as soon as the cancellation is confirmed and settles in
5-7 business days. For a Cash on Delivery order that has not been dispatched there is nothing to
refund, because no money has changed hands.
