Payment Policy

Evergreen Handbags · Thane, Maharashtra · updated August 2026

Two ways to pay, and no others

UPI or Cash on Delivery, both settled in Indian Rupees. No cards are accepted here, so no card
details are ever entered on this site.

UPI

Pay from any app that can scan a UPI QR code or take a UPI ID. The order is
confirmed the moment the payment reference reaches us. We see a reference number and nothing else — no
account number, no card, no wallet balance.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the delivery rider in cash when the parcel arrives. COD is
available across most PIN codes; where our courier does not offer it, the checkout says so before you place the
order.

What we do not take

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI or any international payment method, and
no card details are collected on this website at any point. There is no card vault here to be compromised, and
none of the card-security steps a card checkout would ask you for apply to this site.

Price and GST

Evergreen Handbags is a small online retailer and is not registered for GST: turnover
stays below the applicable registration threshold in India, so registration has not become compulsory. GST is
therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice carrying a registration number can be
issued. The figure printed beside a bag is the whole amount payable.

Delivery is the only amount that can be added to a price, it is shown before you confirm, and it follows the
rule on the shipping page: Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that.

Failed and duplicate payments

If a UPI payment leaves your account but the order does not appear, send the reference number to studio@evergreenhandbags.shop.
A genuinely failed payment is auto-reversed by your bank, usually within three working days; a duplicate that
reached us is refunded in 5-7 business days.
