How a bag gets to you
Everything is picked, counted and packed by us in Thane, Maharashtra. Below is what it
costs, how long it takes and what happens when it does not go to plan.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Courier scans can lag by a day,
particularly over a weekend — a link that looks frozen on Saturday is usually moving again by Monday.
What delivery costs
Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. The flat rate is the same anywhere in India: we do not charge more for a distant PIN, and we do
not fold the courier fee quietly into the product price.
Cash on Delivery is available across most of the country. A handful of remote PIN codes sit
outside our courier’s COD network; in that case the checkout tells you before you place the order, not after.
Bulk packs travel differently
A carton of a hundred totes is light but large. It goes by surface freight rather than by parcel courier, which
is slower and scans less often than a small parcel. The door-to-door window above still applies, but the tracking
page updates less frequently along the way.
Addresses we cannot reach
- India only — we do not ship overseas.
- Street addresses only; no PO boxes, no APO or FPO addresses.
- A parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched, charged at the flat rate above.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel reaches you damaged or a pack is short, photograph the bag and the outer carton and tell us within
48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund it and we pay the return shipping.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
